Cheri H LeBlanc, MD

We deliver compassionate care, personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual, using the latest developments in medicine to enable those we serve to live joy-filled lives.

Welcome to Dr. Cheri LeBlanc's office!

We consider our patients to be an extension of our family. We strive to maintain an office that gives the feel of visiting family or friends, not an impersonal, stark environment.

Our passion is to stay up-to-date on the newest medical studies and testing to give you the best possible care. Medical care is not like a picture, which is a snap-shot in time. It is more like a video which is ever changing and requires hours of studying to stay current.

Cheri H. LeBlanc, MD

A Louisiana native, born and raised in Houma, Dr. Cheri LeBlanc has a southern hospitality and charm for her bedside manner that her patients love.  The culture of LSU is in her veins as she did her undergraduate training at LSU before attending LSU New Orleans Medical School class of 1992.  After graduating medical school, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.  Upon completion of residency training she moved to Baton Rouge, LA in 1995 and has been practicing in this great community ever since.  She has a strong passion for the prevention of heart attacks and strokes having watched family members suffer from this dreaded disease.  She loves being on the waterways and bayous of Louisiana, traveling, and scrapbooking.  As the mother of two LSU graduates and wife to a Louisiana native, this bayou girl loves to call Baton Rouge home!
